Over the course of my own healing journey over the past few decades, I have studied and experienced a vast variety of healing modalities and tools. From those rich experiences, I discovered a 4-pronged holistic approach that, when applied over a period of 90 days, rewires habits in the brain; leading to lasting changes that result in long-term wellbeing.

Food is energy - everything we put into our bodies affects our radiance and wellness as women. It is the foundation of healing, from the inside out. As a Certified Nutrition Coach I work with you to create a customized plant-based nutrition plan that works with your lifestyle and goals.

Energy Healing &
Movement

Our bodies hold energy; it is stagnant energy that creates dis-ease within. Regular energy work and movement is a pillar of wellbeing, healing, and balance. I support your energetic healing with a customized workout menu as well as through my extensive training and experience in Reiki Energy, Chakra Balancing, and Energy Release Therapy.

Outer Support

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. I will be with you every step of the way during your program to provide accountability and support.

Inner Connection

Reconnecting with our mind and spirit is as essential as healing our physical body. As your coach, I offer guidance and support as you journey within to unblock limiting patterns through journal work, breathwork, meditation, and other practices.
